Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities within our hotel in Muscat. Your main goal will be to increase revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients and leads
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop promotional offers and campaigns
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate new business leads
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the hotel industry
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
Salary: 1100$ per month
