Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Your main focus will be on securing corporate clients and managing relationships with them.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to increase hotel bookings
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and events to maximize sales opportunities
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and potential leads
- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in Muscat
Salary: 1200$ monthly (plus commission)
