Urgent Construction Manager in Mecca


We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Mecca. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects in Mecca
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on site
- Manage project documentation and record keeping
- Hire, train, and supervise construction staff
- Provide technical expertise to resolve any technical issues or challenges during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East (preferably Mecca)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within strict deadlines
- Proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
