Database Administrator

We are hiring a Database Administrator to join our team in Vianden. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's databases, ensuring data security, and troubleshooting any database issues. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of our databases and provide support to other departments as needed. The ideal candidate should have experience in database management and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a contract position, suitable for both men and women with their own visa. Fluency in English is not required but would be preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Implement security measures to protect the company's data.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the databases.
- Assist in the development of new databases or modifications to existing ones.
- Create backup and recovery plans for databases.
- Collaborate with IT team members to optimize database performance.
- Provide technical support to different departments when needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role.
- Experience with database management systems, such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of database security protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
