As a Pastry Chef in Ufa, Russia, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries. You will work alongside a team of talented chefs to ensure the highest quality of pastry items are produced.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other bakery items according to recipes
- Ensure all pastry products are made in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and assistants
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items or special event menus
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Excellent understanding of various baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creative thinking skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent communication in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
