Cruise Line Staff - Hospitality and Service
Location: Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Salary: 1000 USD/month (tax-free)

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about on-board amenities, activities, and excursions
- Ensure guest cabins are clean and well-stocked with amenities
- Serve meals and beverages in various dining venues on board
- Plan and execute special events such as theme nights or cocktail parties
- Organize and lead shore excursions for guests at port stops
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments on board to ensure seamless service for guests

Requirements:
- Indian nationality (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service industry
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well in a multicultural team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit to perform duties such as carrying heavy trays or standing for extended periods of time
