Senior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Almada. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process from concept to completion. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and designs
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Review and approve all architectural plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is in accordance with the design plans
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural engineering concepts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
