As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat or phone to provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist clients with placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction
- Keep track of customer inquiries and complaints and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient in using computers and online communication tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
