Administrative Assistant for Dukhan City in Qatar
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As our ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing documents and reports, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with project coordination and implementation
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Nepali language is preferred but not required
Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
