Merchandiser Specialist


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are effectively displayed and promoted in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create displays that effectively showcase our products.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze sales data to determine the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers' attention and highlight key product features.
- Train store staff on product knowledge, proper merchandising techniques, and brand messaging.
- Travel to various retail locations as needed to set up displays or conduct store audits.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of retail marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel within the country as needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month with accommodation provided. We also offer competitive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.

Location:
This position is based in Manama but may require occasional travel within Bahrain.
