Job Title: Mason - Construction Worker


We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Khasab. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and roofs using various materials like bricks, concrete blocks, and stones. Your role will involve interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials to precise specifications, and aligning structures in accordance with building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and dimensions of structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, or stones
- Cut or break materials to specified sizes using hand or power tools
- Mix mortar or grout according to standard formulas
- Spread mortar between joints using trowel and smooth surface with a sponge or float
- Align structures in horizontal and vertical positions using plumb bob or level
- Ensure structures are built in compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Repair existing structures by replacing broken or damaged bricks, stones, or other materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools such as trowels, chisels, hammers, etc.
- Good physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary:
1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type:
Full-time (40 hours per week), 6-month contract with possibility of extension
