Position: Architecture Manager
Location: Ufa, Russia

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire architecture process from concept development to project completion.
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, objectives, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Review and provide feedback on architectural designs.
- Oversee the selection of materials and vendors for construction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software.
