Senior Architectural Manager


We are hiring a Senior Architectural Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Senior Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their requirements
- Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, timelines, and progress reports to clients
- Oversee all aspects of project management including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and risk assessment
- Supervise a team of architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables meet specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Review and approve architectural drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements related to architecture in Ufa (or willingness to learn)
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa, Russia. However, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate for the role.
