Administrator - Faro, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including answering phone calls and emails, maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. You will also be responsible for handling financial transactions, such as invoicing and budget tracking.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are also essential for this role.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates. Please note that this position does not include accommodation, so preference will be given to local candidates or those who have their own housing arrangements.
