Hotel Sales Manager


We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Dubai. This position is suitable for Indian nationals with excellent English speaking skills, and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel sales, but we are also open to candidates without experience who are eager to learn and excel in this role.

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, drive business growth, and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the hotel management team to identify opportunities for business development and ensure that the hotel meets its sales targets.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong understanding of the hotel industry. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to set sales goals
- Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets
- Attend industry events such as trade shows and conferences
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review

Requirements:
- Indian national with excellent English speaking skills
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the hotel industry trends and market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
- Biometric passport (preferred)
