Junior Network and Systems Administrator


We are currently hiring for the position of Junior Network and Systems Administrator in Aarhus. As a Junior Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network systems and servers in our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that our network infrastructure runs smoothly and securely.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain network hardware, software, and services.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure data backups are regularly performed and secured.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, etc.
- Maintain network security by implementing firewalls, anti-virus software, and other security measures.
- Upgrade network systems as needed to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Provide technical support to users regarding network issues.
- Document network configurations, processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience (1+ year) as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows/Linux), security protocols (SSL/IPSec), and server virtualization.
- Experience with networking hardware such as switches, routers, firewalls etc.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software/systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of technical issues.

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
