Dietitian - Nutrition Counselor

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Dietitian to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Nutrition Counselor, you will work with clients to develop personalized nutrition plans and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their health goals. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of nutrition and dietary principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual assessments of clients' nutritional needs based on their health goals, medical history, and dietary restrictions
- Develop personalized nutrition plans for clients, taking into account their preferences, lifestyle, and cultural background
- Educate clients on the importance of healthy eating habits and how to make sustainable dietary changes
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their nutrition plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition to provide evidence-based recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in dietetics or a related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification preferred
- Fluent English language skills (French or German proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex nutrition concepts to clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and guidelines
- Experience working with clients in a clinical or community setting is an asset
