Position: Construction Manager
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan
Salary: 1600 USD per month (negotiable)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and safety measures
- Prepare project reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes
- Manage project budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
