As a dishwasher, your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen by washing and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand.
- Ensure that all dishes are properly sanitized before being put away.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area by regularly wiping down surfaces and removing trash.
- Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary - we will provide training!
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of food safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this contract position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the restaurant industry.
