Milling Machine Operator

Our manufacturing company in Dubrovnik is in need of a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience operating milling machines and be able to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings. They should also have knowledge of various metalworking techniques and be familiar with safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders
- Inspect parts for accuracy and make necessary adjustments
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating milling machines
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of metalworking techniques such as cutting, drilling, and shaping
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and repair
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
