Our company in Dubrovnik is seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team. As a milling machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Select the appropriate cutting tools and adjust machine settings to ensure the proper dimensions of finished products
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed for quality control
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet required specifications
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a milling machine operator or similar role
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
