Administrative Assistant - Indian National, Nizwa (Part-time)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nizwa. As an Indian national, you will be working in a multicultural environment and must be able to communicate effectively in English. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$, perfect for someone looking for flexible hours or with other commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office and management team
- Maintain and organize office documents, files, and records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
- Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently living in Nizwa
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office manager is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles.
