Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will work closely with clients to design and construct industrial spaces that meet their specific needs. You will be responsible for creating plans and blueprints, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring that all safety and building codes are met. Your role will require strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for industrial spaces
- Create detailed plans and blueprints using specialized software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all safety and building codes are followed
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure the quality of workmanship meets standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial spaces
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1800$ per month

Location: Remish, India (Indian candidates preferred)

Employment Type: Part-time (with potential for full-time)
