Master Body Repair Technician

A reputable auto body repair shop in Utena is seeking a highly skilled Master Body Repair Technician to join our team. As a Master Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition using various techniques and tools. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Use various tools and techniques to repair dents, scratches, and other damages on vehicle bodies
- Replace damaged parts with new ones or perform repairs on existing parts
- Mix and apply paint to match original color and achieve seamless finish
- Ensure all repairs are done according to safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Keep track of inventory levels and order necessary supplies when needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on repair progress and answering any questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a body repair technician in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques, including welding, sanding, painting, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify even the smallest imperfections in vehicle bodies
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Must have own tools (workshop provides special equipment)
*Previous experience working with European cars is preferred but not required.
