Job Title: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Triesen. Your main duties will include managing and training staff, ensuring high quality customer service, and maintaining a profitable business. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual who can lead by example and manage all aspects of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and manage staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to increase profitability
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Good understanding of financial management principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English proficiency is preferred)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein (open to all nationalities)
