Hotel Sales Manager - Faisalabad, Pakistan


We are currently hiring a Hotel Sales Manager for our luxurious hotel in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of the hotel to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue. This position is suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with revenue management systems and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Pakistani nationality preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
