Senior Hotel Sales Manager
As the Senior Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team at our hotel in Faisalabad. Your main goal will be to generate revenue and increase occupancy rates through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to meet revenue targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service delivery
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel sales management, preferably in Faisalabad or a similar market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
