Part-time Junior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team on a part-time basis in Funchal. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in civil engineering and a passion for the field. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the industry while also pursuing other interests or responsibilities. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers with project design and planning
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Prepare reports and documentation
- Collaborate with team members on design solutions
- Attend meetings and communicate with clients as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1700$ per month (based on part-time hours)

Location: Funchal, Portugal (accommodation provided)
