Job Title: Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. You will act as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance and guidance with our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, chat, or social media
- Provide product knowledge and assistance to clients in a clear and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues with clients' accounts or orders
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with online communication platforms such as email, chat, or social media
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays if required
