Database Administrator (Kolding, Denmark)
As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases. This includes ensuring data security, optimizing database performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Your role will also involve developing and implementing new database systems and conducting regular backups to ensure data integrity. Additionally, you will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of the database with various applications.
To excel in this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in database administration and a strong understanding of SQL and other database management systems. You should also have experience with database design and optimization techniques. Knowledge of data security protocols is essential, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
