We are in search of a skilled Baker to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. Your main responsibility will be to prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional and modern recipes. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Ensure that all products are baked at the correct temperature and for the appropriate amount of time
- Decorate cakes and other pastries as needed
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients when needed
- Train new bakers on recipe procedures and techniques
- Experiment with new recipes and flavors to keep the menu interesting

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Physically able to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative eye for decorating baked goods

Salary:
