Typesetter

Our publishing company is seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and graphics to create visually appealing and readable documents. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a creative eye for design. We welcome candidates of all nationalities, as long as you have a strong command of the English language. No prior experience is required, but candidates with experience in graphic design or desktop publishing will be given preference. We also provide visa sponsorship for international candidates who meet our qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Format and typeset text and graphics according to project specifications
- Ensure accuracy of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Collaborate with editors and designers to create visually appealing documents
- Use desktop publishing software to layout pages and add illustrations
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in desktop publishing software (Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress)
- Basic understanding of typography principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Creative eye for design
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (preferred)

Salary: $1800 per month
