We are a leading construction company in Shan, China seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in welding, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will not be provided, so we are looking for candidates who are already located in or willing to relocate to Shan, China.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine welding requirements
- Select appropriate welding techniques based on materials being used
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or welds as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding
- Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Familiarity with blueprints and engineering drawings
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
