Job Title: Welding Technician


A leading manufacturing company located in Shan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to advance their career in the welding industry.

As a Welding Technician, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques to join metal parts, inspecting and maintaining welding equipment, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. You will also troubleshoot any issues with welding equipment and make necessary repairs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Welder, with strong knowledge of various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. A valid certification in welding is required. The ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions is also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various types of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick
- Inspect and maintain welding equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Read blueprints and follow written instructions accurately
- Ensure efficient use of materials while minimizing waste
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Welder in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Valid certification in welding
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with health insurance benefits. This position is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to English-speaking candidates.
