DevOps Developer

We are hiring a DevOps Developer to join our growing team in Faro, Portugal. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions to improve the efficiency and scalability of our systems. You will work closely with developers, system administrators, and other team members to automate processes and streamline deployments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles and experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about continuous integration and delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software solutions to automate processes and improve system scalability
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth integration of code into production
- Collaborate with system administrators on infrastructure design and configuration
- Implement monitoring tools to identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems
- Manage deployments using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Continuously evaluate current systems and processes for improvement opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Experience with automation tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef)
- Understanding of networking principles

Salary: $1200/month
