Senior Architect - Faroe Islands


We are a reputable architecture firm seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design, from concept development to project completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, including accommodation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new projects, from initial concept to final construction plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements and budget
- Oversee junior architects and provide guidance throughout the design process
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure that designs are being implemented accurately
