Job Title: Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions of our office. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering calls, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs
- Manage employee schedules and ensure proper coverage for all tasks
- Monitor office budget and expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Assist with onboarding new employees and provide support to current staff as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Keep track of important deadlines, meetings, and events to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary: 1600$ per month
