As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral designs for various occasions and events. This role requires an eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for flowers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as select the perfect flowers for each arrangement. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ordering supplies, and ensuring the freshness and quality of all floral arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral designs for weddings, funerals, special events, and everyday occasions
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their floral arrangements
- Source high-quality flowers from suppliers and maintain proper inventory levels
- Prepare flowers by cleaning, trimming, and conditioning them for use in arrangements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the highest level of hygiene standards are met
- Ensure the freshness of all floral arrangements by regularly watering plants, replacing wilted or damaged flowers, and monitoring storage conditions
- Order necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations in the flower shop

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, plants, and their care requirements
- Ability to create unique designs while also fulfilling client requests
- Good organization skills to maintain inventory levels
- Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients
- Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of floral arrangements
- Physical stamina as this role may involve lifting heavy objects or standing for extended periods

Location: Horsens

Salary: 1500$ per month

Preference: Open to both men and women. Biometric passport required.
