Foreign Construction Manager in Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreign Construction Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This includes coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality control and safety standards are met, and managing project budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position. Accommodation will be provided for foreign candidates.
