Senior Architect - Ashdod, Israel



As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers in the development and implementation of various architectural projects in Ashdod, Israel. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while meeting design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in the design and development of architectural plans, including conceptualization, technical drawings, and 3D models
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring that designs meet their expectations
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within designated budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction adheres to design specifications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. The contract duration is negotiable based on project needs. This position does not include accommodation but may provide assistance in finding suitable housing if needed.
