Senior Architect

Our architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Nepal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, managing a team of architects and designers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for projects from concept to completion, including developing detailed plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions that meet their expectations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, building codes, and regulations to incorporate into designs.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on professional development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
