Experienced Formworker in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are in need of an experienced Formworker to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling temporary structures used to support concrete during the pouring and setting process. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and cut materials to required specifications
- Install formwork using various hand tools and power tools
- Place reinforcing bars or mesh into forms according to specifications
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using trowels or screeds
- Remove forms once concrete has set
- Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their uses
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in formwork or carpentry from a recognized institution
- Experience with various types of concrete finishes
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Canadian nationality or permanent residency preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
