Community Moderator


As a Community Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and engaging online community for our company's platform. You will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and responding to user inquiries and feedback. Your goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where users can connect, share ideas, and learn from each other.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing user-generated content for adherence to community guidelines
- Responding to user inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Engaging with the community through comments, posts, and discussions
- Identifying and addressing any potential issues or conflicts within the community
- Collaborating with other team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and changes in the online community landscape

Requirements:

- Strong written communication skills in English (fluency in Urdu is a plus)
- Previous experience moderating online communities or managing social media platforms
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy
- Knowledge of social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools
- Familiarity with current events, trends, and cultural nuances in Pakistan
- Passion for creating an inclusive online space for diverse individuals

Salary: $1400 per month

City: Shan (remote work available)

Nationality: Pakistani preferred

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Accommodation: Provided by the company if required
