Loader Operator
A loader operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery to load and move materials in a construction or industrial setting. They work with a team to ensure that materials are transported to the appropriate areas and loaded onto trucks or other vehicles for transport. This position requires physical strength, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to operate heavy machinery in a variety of weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and forklifts
- Load and move materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, or debris
- Transport materials to designated areas for storage or loading onto trucks
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Complete daily logs of tasks performed and materials moved
Requirements:
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination for precise movement of materials
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety protocols
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred:
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs or adjustments
- Familiarity with construction or industrial settings
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation will be provided as well as a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.
