Entry-Level Metal Worker

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Metal Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and components. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in the metalworking industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the fabrication of metal structures and components using various tools and equipment
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in measurements and cuts
- Operate machinery such as saws, drills, grinders, and welders under the supervision of a senior metal worker
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while working with metal materials
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements:
- No prior experience in metalworking is required; however, any relevant experience or education would be considered an asset
- Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools is preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Salary: $1700/monthly
