Machine Learning Engineer
The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems in the field of artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, and statistics, with a specialization in machine learning. This position requires a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for data and a drive to constantly learn and improve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning models that can handle large datasets efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using machine learning techniques
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to improve existing models or develop new ones
- Develop code that is scalable, reliable, and maintainable
- Test and evaluate performance of machine learning models on real-world data
- Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in the field of machine learning and incorporate them into daily work
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in machine learning engineering or related roles
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R or Java
- Experience working with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Experience working on projects involving natural language processing or computer vision
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
Location:
This position is based in Aalborg but remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
Salary:
The salary for this role is negotiable but will start at 1600$ per month, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
