IT Support Specialist

Our growing company in Ashdod is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, as they will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This position requires someone who can work independently and has a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and provide solutions to their technical issues
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep abreast of current technology trends and updates in order to provide the best support possible

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of programming languages is a plus

Salary: $1500/month

Location: Ashdod, Israel (preference for local candidates but open to all nationalities)

Employment Type: Full-time with potential for part-time or remote work options.
