IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems. This position is suitable for men with experience in computer support and is open to Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Setting up new user accounts and providing training and support as needed
- Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to implement technology solutions that meet business needs
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (Hebrew language skills are a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
