IT Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Ashdod. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with computer hardware, software, and network issues. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Being fluent in English is not required for this job.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries for technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Set up and maintain computer networks
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems
- Provide training to clients on how to use new software or equipment
- Document all technical support interactions and solutions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or degree preferred
- Prior experience in technical support or IT helpful but not required
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
