We are hiring a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Porto. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profitability. You should have previous experience in a similar role and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations including staffing, inventory control, budgeting, and customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits
- Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
- Familiarity with restaurant industry regulations (e.g. food safety)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to work legally in Porto without accommodation

Salary:
$1700 per month
